Extend Activated Carbon

In addition to conventional activated carbon, our company can also do some extended processing and customization to meet the special requirements of some customers. Water/Acid Wash Activated Carbon:

After granular activated carbon is washed with water or pickled, the ash content will be greatly reduced. The application efficiency of water-washed/pickled activated carbon in water treatment or other high-standard industries will be higher. And because part of the ash in the inner pores is washed away, the adsorption capacity of the activated carbon will also be enhanced.

Impregnated Activated Carbon:

Impregnated activated carbon uses the micropores inside the activated carbon to adsorb and impregnate some solutions. The solutions we often dip into are silver, potassium hydroxide(KOH), sodium hydroxide(NaOH), potassium iodide(KI) and phosphoric acid(H3PO4). Choose to impregnate different substances and contents according to different application environments.

Catalyst carbon:

This product uses activated carbon as a carrier and loads precious metals such as palladium, platinum or rhodium onto the activated carbon, which can maximize the specific surface area and activity of the activated carbon and is widely used in various catalytic industries. Precious metals and content can be selected and customized.
